Shipping policy

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout. The customer’s email address is included with the shipment details so the courier can provide delivery updates and notifications directly.

Once a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility transfers accordingly. Any delivery issues are investigated with the courier using their official process.
